Scott Pommerville joined Bell Baker LLP in October 2020. Prior to joining Bell Baker, Scott practiced at another Ottawa firm in real estate, corporate law, wills and estates, civil litigation and tax litigation. Scott has assisted numerous clients with their real estate, commercial leasing, corporate law, and estate planning matters. He has litigated cases before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Tax Court of Canada and the Federal Court. At present, Scott’s practise focuses on real estate, will and estates, and corporate law matters.

Scott provides detailed advice to his clients and prides himself on his accessibility, efficiency and quality of service to clients. Scott ensures that his clients are well informed at every stage of the process so that they are empowered in the understanding of the legal process. Scott received his LL.B in 2013 and was called to the Bar in January 2016. Prior to studying law, Scott obtained an Honours B.A. in Law from Carleton University. Outside of practicing law, Scott sits on the County of Carleton Membership Committee and he enjoys golf, travel and spending time with his young family.
